About Me

A space where you don’t have to pretend

I'm Debi, the counsellor behind Inner Pathway. Life can be challenging, and it’s easy to lose sight of yourself in the expectations and demands placed on you.

My background includes 16 years working with neurodivergent adults, people with a range of disabilities and their families. This experience has shaped how I see people, looking beyond behaviours and what might be visible on the surface.

I bring my professional experience alongside knowing what it feels like to sit on the other side of the counselling room.

Inner Pathway is a place where you can talk openly, make sense of how you feel and understand yourself more clearly. I work in a way that gives you room to notice the patterns, experiences and expectations that may be shaping how you think, feel and respond.

I'm a person-centred counsellor, which means we go at your pace. If you've never had counselling before, I'll explain how it works so you know what to expect. I won't tell you what to do. I'll be alongside you, supporting you as you gain clarity, recognise what matters to you and decide what you want for yourself.
